“ Dear Mr. Dalene, I just wanted to let you know what wonderful people you have working for you! It started with Robin, she was amazing!!!  I was having my kitchen, mud room and bathroom done over. So it was very overwhelming!  She was very knowledgeable and helpful  about all the products, I had wood floors and tile installed.  She coordinated the install times around my cabinet install. It just went so smoothly. She was even available on her days off through email and she either called me or emailed right back! Every one was professional and detail oriented.  The guy Paul who sanded and stained my floors was so meticulous. Bruce was a perfectionist.  His craftsmanship was impeccable!
